How It Works

Consumers can quickly and easily submit a quote request using a Mercury Quote Request form on any website and that request will be entered into the central Mercury database, accessible to only Travel Agents with the necessary qualifications. This ensures that the consumer will be receiving professional travel services from trusted Agents.

Once an Agent logs into their Mercury account, he or she will have instant access to real leads from Consumers. Agents can quickly and easily respond to the Consumer using a simple contact form right within their Mercury account. Mercury will then send the message to the Consumer on behalf of the Agent. All communication between the Agent and Consumer is handled by Mercury. This ensures the anonymity and protection of the consumer, while also allowing the consumer to communicate directly with trusted, professional agents.
